SHIPPING:
We currently only ship within the U.S. There will be special charges to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Most items will be sent by the U.S. Postal Service, and all will be insured.
RETURNS:
You must obtain pre-authorization to return a product, as the address for returning items will vary with the item. To receive this pre-authorization, please use the "Contact Us" page, then wait until you receive the return address.
Items should be in new and unused condition, unless they were broken or damaged in shipping. For your own protection, we recommend you insure the package.
Credit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
